At Sociatly, we strive to provide exceptional digital marketing services tailored to your business needs. We understand that plans can change and issues may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Conditions

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which include personalized strategy, content creation, and time-sensitive efforts, our refund policy reflects the investment of time and resources allocated to initiating services at the contract start.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Service Cancellation: You may cancel your service within 7 days of the contract start date for a full refund. Cancellations received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Project Abandonment: If a project initiated by you is left dormant with no activity or response from your end for over 30 days, the project will be considered abandoned, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Any payments made for completed services or those in progress are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to consultation fees, spent advertising budgets, and third-party services.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request in writing to support@sociatly.com
  • Include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Provide any supporting documents or evidence if applicable.

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate it and inform you of the decision within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. No Guarantees

Our role is to support your digital marketing efforts with expertise and strategic guidance. However, due to the ever-changing nature of digital marketing and external factors beyond our control (such as algorithm changes, competitive actions, and market dynamics), we cannot guarantee specific results. Lack of desired results is not a ground for a refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

Sociatly reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our refund practices.
