Welcome to Sociatly! We offer digital marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, and pay-per-click (PPC) management. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at sociatly.com and our digital marketing services.

As a client of Sociatly, you agree to:

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are set out in the individual service agreements. Payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur late payment interest at the rate of 5% per annum above the base rate.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the materials and deliverables provided under the services shall be owned by Sociatly. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use such materials and deliverables for your business purposes, in accordance with the terms of our agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to correct the breach within thirty (30) days following written notice detailing the breach.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the services during the term of the contract.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sociatly and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service using your account.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Service shall be handled through mediation, followed if necessary by legally binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes.
